I ordered 5 custom mini-cakes for my colleagues and everyone was blown away. Huckleberry Bakes not only nailed our logo (handmade, not printed), but the flavor combos were unlike anything I've ever had before. Fluffy, airy, light, flavorful and gluten-free?! WOW - so good. I ordered one more large cake for my NYE party at my house and she dropped it off free of charge and it looked like it belonged hanging up in the Lourve! Ordering all my cakes from Lizz and Huckleberry from now on!

This was one of the BEST gluten free cakes I have ever had (and I have tried a lot). The sponge was soft and flavorful and the frosting was so smooth and on point with the flavor. The cake was festively decorated and very nice to look at. The 3" mini cake is the perfect size for a small family or gathering! I just loved it.

We ordered a gluten and dairy free cake for my husband's birthday. Lizz was very flexible in setting up a pick up time for the cake. She also was very quick to respond. The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing! You wouldn't know it was gluten and dairy free!

Delicious!! I ordered cupcakes for a birthday party. Lizz helped us figure out the best flavor combinations of buttercream and fillings (many options!) and decorative touches to go along with the party theme. Huge hit!! Incredible flavors and texture. We will definitely be ordering from huckleberry bakes again!

The gluten free cupcakes I ordered were excellent! Even my friends who didn’t need gluten free couldn’t tell they were any different from gluten cakes. The icing was out of this world, also!

My daughter has multiple food allergies (dairy, egg, tree nuts) and it has been so hard to find (or make) desserts that are safe for her to have without sacrificing quality. I came across Huckleberry Bakes as a local option in the area and I’m so incredibly glad that I did. I ordered cupcakes for my daughters birthday and they were a huge hit with all of the guests - very tasty and everybody was so surprised they were made without any of my daughters allergens! Lizz was very communicative, accommodating, and her designs are seriously amazing! We did a butterfly theme and the cupcake design she created was so fun and they came out so cute! I am so happy to have found Huckelberry Bakes and am excited to work with Lizz on future dessert needs for our family!

We had 2 dozen of cupcakes each one of them of a different flavor, Lizz was able to accommodate us in a very short time!

They were a complete success, they did not last long, fresh, beautifully decorated and delicious! Totally Recommended!

Maple coconut with vanilla buttercream frosting was delectable!!!! The decoration was stunning! Colors were beautiful! I will most definitely be purchasing all my cakes here moving forward!
